PRODUCT REPLACEMENT WITH OUR CHARGE

We undertake to replace the product that has been sent to you at our expense if a product other than your order has been sent to you. If it is not available we undertake to send you another product of your choice of equal value or to refund your money. If the product is defective (* before each shipment the product is thoroughly checked) it is replaced with another identical one according to your order.

If you make the change at your own expense, the product can be returned and replaced with any other product you want of the same value or at an additional price within 5 days of receiving the product.
